Brief Profile
Bellah Chepkulei is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship at Taita Taveta University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University (2001), a Master of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship from Moi University (2004), and a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University (2008). He is currently pursuing a PhD, with research focusing on strategic management, organizational performance, sustainability, and cooperative development.
Before joining Taita Taveta University, Mr. Chepkulei served as a Commissioned Officer in the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF), where he gained extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management. He later served as a Tutorial Fellow at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) before joining Taita Taveta University. At Taita Taveta University, he has also served as Chairman of the Department, providing academic leadership in curriculum development, quality assurance, research coordination, and departmental administration.
