Taita Taveta University offers students the convenience of living on campus, forming life changing relationships with student, faculty and staff and be exposed to a variety of activities and leadership opportunities! Located in the heart of the campus, Taita Taveta University hostels is a home to 1500 +students. The Hostel Department offers a variety of amenities that will aid the students in their academic endeavors. Our Residence Halls are equipped with, study tables, wardrobes, smoke sensors and laundry rooms. Our staff is committed to providing the safest living environment as well as offering a variety of programs that will help students get exposed to social and academic pursuits
Students are motivated through continuous workshops, seminar, co-curricular activities and tutorials from guest speakers, educational tours, and organized counselling sessions.
There are many options to travel in the campus.
The University has two 63-sitter buses that very students to the town and back to campus, twice every week. Students make use the buses whenever they have academic trips. Transportation readily available any time of the day. Several option are available; public vehicles, tax, bodaboda, and private car.
More than 1000 parking lots avilable in the west side of the campus. The parking is available 24 hours with 24hours security. We make sure that everything is under control.
